As you will see in the gallery, the frog is the subject of many of my more recent paintings. To me frogs represent the final stages of life's grand metamorphosis. Well...maybe. I just think they are cool!

About MaryBeth Barbato

MaryBeth Barbato is an accomplished artist, elementary art teacher and grandmother.

MaryBeth was born and raised in the Eastwood neighborhood of Syracuse, New York. After attending classes at Marie Regina college in Syracuse, MaryBeth knew that Art was the direction she was headed in. In 1992, MaryBeth earned a degree in Art Education from Herron School of Art at IUPUI in Indianapolis.

During the past 15 years, MaryBeth has enriched the lives of many children from Indianapolis, Indiana to Cincinnati, Ohio through the arts.

More recently, MaryBeth is pursuing her own passions as a painter. MaryBeth has a remarkable ability to portray the natural beauty of life with warmth and vibrance.

MaryBeth now paints at her studio in Loveland, Ohio and dreams of tasty treats from the Lyncourt Bakery in Syracuse.
